各地図には簡単なセットアップのための簡単な説明書が付属しています。 地図の取り付けには、接着剤または両面粘着テープ (テープはパッケージに含まれています) を使用できます。 異なる表面には異なる取り付けソリューションが必要になる場合があります。

配送手順
当社の木製地図は乱暴な扱いに敏感です。その重量と大きさのため、木製の部分は宅配業者による国際輸送に適した品質で梱包されています。輸送中に時々損傷が発生する可能性があります。そのため、配達時に荷物を検査し、外側の梱包に損傷がある場合は、その場で配達ドライバーとその旨を記録する必要があります（できれば詳細な写真を撮るか、配達を拒否するだけです）。 損傷の証拠は、配達後 24 時間以内に運送会社と当社に送信する必要があります。
I got mine in XXL and i never saw anything like it.
3D XL Explorer Karte Classic: wunderschöne Karte. Top verarbeitet. Auch zusatzinseln Top. Macht sich hervorragend an der wand. Haben die Karte auf eine Acrylscheibe mit transparentem Montagekleber geklebt und dann an der Wand befestigt. Hält! Lieferung schnell, gut eingepackt, echt Holz, Qualität einfach top! Länder alle da wo sie sein sollen. Montage etwas tricky. Eine etwas größere Montageanleitung (Karte mit cm Abständen zwischen Kontinenten wäre super) aber mit einem Maßband für die Breiten und Längengrade auf der Anleitung und altem Schulatlas daneben geht es auch. Anbringen an der Wand braucht 3 Leute da Echtholz einiges an Gewicht mitbringt. Fazit: jeden Euro wert und gerne wieder!

Je suis plus que ravie de mon achat, le rendu est vraiment magnifique et il a du succès auprès de nos amis.
Le produit est vraiment super, les couleurs sont belles, la découpe est précise.
Il faut bien garder à l’esprit qu’il s’agit d’un élément de décoration et que les proportions ne sont pas toujours respectées.
Cela dit, la carte est très ludique pour mes enfants qui passent de longs moments à faire voyager les avions et les bâteaux d’une pays à l’autre. Raison pour laquelle je ne les ai pas encore collés 😉
Il faut absolument prendre le temps de poser les repères correctement dès le début pour éviter une pose qui part de travers. C’est possible de décoller mais au risque d’abîmer la pièce.
J’ai utilisé du ruban adhésif, un laser, de la colle et beaucoup de patience 😉 .
Le montage est long mais en vaut clairement la peine!
Le ruban double-face fourni est très bien mais trop grand pour les plus petites pièces. Il vaut mieux donc prévoir une colle adaptée en remplacement du ruban.
Sur base de certains commentaires, j’ai préféré ajouter du fix-all sur les grosses pièces et tout tient parfaitement.
Les îles supplémentaires apportent un vrai plus à la carte mais sont difficiles à positionner, d’autant que les proportions ne sont pas respectées.
Le panneau avec les monuments est juste magnifique!

I’m italian and I’m writing this review in English just to allow everyone to know that this vendor is extremely professional and serious. I ordered it before Christmas as a gift and initially contacted their customer service to confirm the order was received. I got confirmation by email from them right away, from Miro Solanca, one of the best customer service people I’ve interacted with! Given the lockdown in the region they couldn’t guarantee me that the delivery would be done on time for Christmas. I accepted to have a card generated meanwhile the order was processed and shipped. I was then expecting it beginning of January rather than before Christmas. Best surprise ever: the map arrived earlier than expected and I could give it to my girlfriend who absolutely loved it! The map is crazy detailed and easy to assemble once you have taken the right measures, high quality wood and 3D super well done 🙂

We have been thinking of buying a wooden map for the last couple of years, but could not find anywhere in the UK, so finally decided to order one from abroad. Initially we were worried if the website is genuine, but decided to take the risk and I am so happy we did. The seller covered the taxes/customs, which made things easier, the map arrived packaged extremely well. My husband couldn’t wait to put it on the wall, its AMAZING!
