Packaging
Cardboard box – standard packaging
Wooden gift box – decorated with natural plywood with a beautiful wooden structure and natural wooden surface, stained walnut or oak colour. It gives the gift a real aesthetic value and a luxurious impression of real solid wood.
Material
Each piece of the puzzle is precisely cut to fit perfectly with the others. Puzzles are made of eco friendly material HDF (high density fiber board – a recycled pressed wood mass).
Advantages of HDF compared to classic plywood:
- Ecological material that can be recycled repeatedly
- The surface is painted with a special white colour before UV printing, which guarantees a high resolution of the puzzle, unlike the inconsistent surface of plywood
- Rich and colorful colours that are evenly printed on the entire surface of the puzzle. The unvarnished natural wooden surface of the plywood absorbs colours with varying intensity and thus more prominent and brighter areas are created, unlike HDF boards.
- Shape stability + strength HDF board – Plywood puzzles are more prone to breaking off thin protrusions and shape instability in a humid environment, which can lead to puzzle assembly dysfunction after several uses.
